MaidStack Website Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of maidstack.com, operated by MaidStack LLC ("MaidStack"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

1. Pre-launch. MaidStack is in development. Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription, an obligation to buy, or a guarantee of access, features, pricing, or launch dates. Any later use of the product will be under separate terms.
2. Business use. The site and waitlist are intended for businesses and people 18 or older acting for a business.
3. Your information. You agree to provide accurate information. Our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, submit others' information without permission, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.
5. Intellectual property. The site content, the MaidStack name, and logos belong to MaidStack. Feedback you send may be used by us without obligation to you.
6. No advice. Site content is general information only and is not legal, tax, payroll, or employment advice.
7. Disclaimer. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, MaidStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and its total liability for the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be limited under applicable law, including New Jersey law.
9. Governing law. New Jersey law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Jersey have jurisdiction.
10. Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date.
