MaidStack Waitlist Privacy Policy

MaidStack ("we", "us") operates maidstack.com. This policy covers only our website and waitlist. The product is not yet available.
What we collect. When you join the waitlist: your name, email address, company name, and number of units you manage. We also record the date, time, and version of the consent you give. Our hosting providers may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation.
Why we use it. To manage the waitlist, to contact you about MaidStack's launch and early access if you opted in, to understand market interest, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who processes it. Our service providers process data on our behalf only: our database and hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel) and our email provider (Resend). They may process data in the United States.
Emails. Every email we send will include our physical mailing address and an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Retention. We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, unsubscribe, or 24 months after collection without launch contact, whichever comes first. Consent records are kept as long as needed to prove consent.
Your choices and rights. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@maidstack.com. Depending on your state (including New Jersey), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them. We will respond within 45 days.
Security. We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Children. The site is for businesses and not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes. We will post updates here with a new date. Material changes will be notified by email to waitlist members.
